Shipping is always free. Each piece is produced specifically for your order. Please allow up to 7 business days for production before shipping. Tracking information will be sent once your order is on its way.
We want you to love your HaLev artwork. If your non-personalized piece isn't the right fit for your space, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
To initiate a return, please contact us (via the Get in Touch form at the bottom of this page) with your order number.
We'll provide a printable return shipping label, and the cost of the label will be deducted from your refund.
Returned items must be securely packaged and returned in their original condition.
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Personalized, custom-made, and commissioned pieces are final sale and cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photographs of the item and packaging (via the Get in Touch form at the bottom of this page). We will work with you to make it right, which may include a replacement or a full refund.
If your order has not yet entered production, cancellation requests may be accommodated. Once production has begun, orders cannot be canceled.

Are these original paintings?
Every artwork is created by Talia using a digital artistic process inspired by Jewish texts, traditions, and stories. The finished design is then professionally produced as a fine art print using premium materials selected to faithfully capture every detail and preserve the character of the artwork for generations.
Will the colors look exactly like they do on my screen? Colors may vary slightly from screen to screen, but we work carefully to ensure the finished piece reflects the artwork as accurately as possible.
Care Instructions
Dust gently with a soft, dry microfiber cloth or feather duster.
For occasional cleaning, lightly wipe the canvas with a clean, damp cloth. Avoid excessive pressure.
Allow the canvas to air dry naturally. Do not soak or spray with water.
Avoid harsh chemicals, abrasive cleaners, or scrubbing, as they may damage the canvas or printed surface.
Display away from direct sunlight to help preserve color vibrancy over time.
Store or display in a cool, dry environment. Avoid areas with excessive humidity or moisture.
