Refund Policy

We want you to love your HaLev artwork. If your purchase isn't the right fit for your space, we're happy to accept returns of eligible items under the policy below.

Return Eligibility

Non-personalized artwork may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

• Be in its original condition

• Be securely packaged, in its original packaging

• Be free from damage caused after delivery

 

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

To initiate a return, please contact us using the contact form at the bottom of this page and include your order number. We'll provide a prepaid return shipping label, and the cost of the label will be deducted from your refund.

Custom Orders

Personalized, custom-made, and commissioned pieces are created specifically for you and are final sale. These items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

• Your order number

• A description of the issue

• Clear photographs of the item and its packaging

We'll review your request promptly and work with you to make it right, which may include a replacement or a full refund.

Cancellations

If your order has not yet entered production, cancellation requests may be accommodated. Once production has begun, orders cannot be canceled because each piece is made specifically for your order.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, any approved refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please note that the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the return is the result of a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

Depending on your payment provider, it may take several business days for the refund to appear in your account.
