Hi, I’m Talia.
A former skeptic Jew turned unapologetically proud.
Born in Israel, living in the US, I’m a wife, a mother, and the artist behind HaLev.
For much of my life, I felt disconnected from my Jewish heritage. But over the past year, I was fortunate to find my way back. I discovered a depth and beauty I had never fully appreciated. It completely transformed my faith, my sense of belonging, and my identity. What once felt distant—even something I hid—became my greatest source of pride.
That journey inspired HaLev.
Why HaLev?
In Hebrew, HaLev means "the heart." It also means the very center. In Jewish tradition, the heart is far more than the seat of emotions—it is the center of our thoughts, our spirit, and the core of who we are.
We all have a lev, regardless of where we are from, our language, our faith, our traditions, or our political views.
I started creating these pieces to celebrate what unites us, to honor the values that have sustained the Jewish people across generations, and to bring this shared heritage into our homes—and into our hearts.
